Financial consultant completes Wharton School course

MONTGOMERY - Financial consultant David Champion has earned a certificate in retirement planning from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Champion, who works for AXA Advisors, LLC in Montgomery, attended the At Retirement Program. He is one of only 100 financial professionals nationwide to complete this program, which was launched in January.

The Wharton School is recognized around the world. The retirement education program is a customized program developed for AXA Advisors to provide its financial professionals with intensive training in retirement planning.

The weeklong course included 50 hours of intensive study taught by 10 Wharton School faculty members.
