A Mini Flex Storage complex adds business incubator
MON TGOMERY - A Mini Flex Storage complex is adding the Montgomery
New Business Incubator.
The 18,750-square-foot facility will include climate-controlled
storage as well as offices facing Southeast Business Park on Troy
Highway. The $750,000 building is scheduled to be completed in the
fall.
The incubator will provide office, utilities and Internet access.
Start-up businesses have the option of low monthly rent or short-term
leases, according to the company's Web site. The gated facility
is accessible to 18-wheelers.
This is the fourth expansion for A Mini Flex Storage complex in
three years, according to owner Doug Isaacson. A Mini Flex Storage
has expanded from 20,000 square feet and 90 units to 112,000 square
feet and more than 760 units and offices.
Current tenants include Touch of Class Limousine and Transport,
Alabama Truck Rentals, Capitol Coach, LLC, a black-sedan service
and Patriot Security, which provides commercial security patrols
throughout Montgomery.
